When you find the property you wish to live we will ask you to provide the following:

- Proof of identity – passport/driving licence/photo ID
- References from you employer, previous landlord, and a character reference
- NI number for each applicant
- Last three addresses
- Details of current landlord
- Details of current employer
- Funds for one months rent in advance, one month deposit
- If we are managing the property we will need your bank details to set rental payments
- In some circumstances you will be asked to provide a guarantor. The guarantor must be a home owner.
- Once your application is accepted then all tenants and guarantor if needed must attend our office to sign the lease
